Artist Statement

An artist statement by:

        When creating a work of art portraying an emotion is essential in getting across the true meaning of a piece. If the audience can get a sense of how the artist felt or feels about an event or events he or she truly achieves his or her purpose. Sometimes it is necessary to break the everyday routines to really explore life and the many different feelings and experiences of others. In doing this, the audience may feel sad, happy, frustrated, mad, confused, and maybe even uncomfortable.

Forcing emotions that may have not otherwise have been felt open up ones life to changes and growth.
